About Jules

Julianna Morgan grew up in California and attended school in Boston at Emerson College. She has been a dancer her entire life, spending all of her summers away from home at ballet summer intensive programs, and planned to become a professional at it before deciding to go to school for film. However, since she has trouble making up her mind, she changed her major to Creative Writing, and then again to one she made up: Writing for the Novel & Screen.

Along with dance, her passions are art, piano, anime, manga, music (especially rock), movies/tv, exploring, doing things she really shouldn’t, acting, and writing. Rocket Queen is her (self-published) debut novel and she plans to continue writing for as long as she’s alive. However long that may be. More recently, she was nominated for an EVVY award for the television show she was the Technical Executive Producer of: Please Laugh Now. She now has an anime youtube channel that she runs with her best friend, and the two of them are currently working on publishing a much better book than her first one.
